Name-Change Bug

I am in the Mist Village and I was making an alt into the Leaf Village.
The original name of my Mist character was "Tensai". While the game window from "Tensai" was open, I opened another one from another key to create the Leaf Village character. That Leaf Village character was named "Senzoku, Tensai". Now, if you check my in-game Mist character name it will be Senzoku, Tensai. I've tried to repeat the bug but I've not been successful but I am positive my name changed when I made that ALT.
