Jounin Teaching Verb

I think the Jounin should be able to have a teaching verb that allows them to select a person and a jutsu to teach to somebody. That way other people can't potentially leech the move off of them, without having done work and being seen fit by that teacher to learn the jutsu.

I agree to some degree but you might aswell give the admins a GM-help for that to avoid that too
Giving a jounin that verb might give them a slight kind of perk that they might abuse towards biassed people.

It wouldn't be a problem if they turned off their teaching mode.
