Advancing Kekkei Genkai and Rollable Clans

As the story progresses, some of the custom clans that were made earlier in the game may create there own Jutsu, but said jutsu may be able to become unique to their clan as a form of Kekkei Genkai. It would be neat if, eventually, there was a system for having children or, if a clan has been around for a VERY long time, character created clans that could become rollable. Then there would be a little side note that it was a character created clan or something of the sort. Also, anyone who has the same surname as the person who, eventually, discovered their kekkei genkai could be able to learn it, also. They could also have certain jutsu that they typically learn that anyone else could, but people from said clan usually learn. They could also have certain elemental affinities.
