An actual rule list?

Seriously I don't know if I am just missing them but I don't see any rules. Or even any guidelines for combat aside from crap people tell me. Players need more information, Heck if I knew enough and had permission I would just write up a basic guide myself at this point ;-;.

I've been pretty much makin shit up on the spot for when there is a situation where people don't have a perk for the specific scenario. It's come down to dice rolls alot.
