Senju Stripping

Okay, I am just plain fed up, on Era of the Shinobi, I rolled and got a Senju, and was playing as it for two days, when out-of-the-blue, this evening I am charged-- No, I was stripped of my Senju character and was guessed-told by a Teacher-player that maybe I bug abused to get my Senju by spam clicking 'Submit'?

How is this my fault that they game was unresponsive when I made my character and I double clicked it and rolled a Senju on my first roll, and continued playing the game I am learning to like?

There was no confrontation, no explanation, none of anything. Where is the equality in that?
I tried rolling a Senju to prove that I was capable of getting it again, but it is either disabled or at an even lower chance that I assumed. The actions here was not fair to me for a game that has habitual instances of freezing.
