1. Uses the eye's function to reflect light as it gives the user the abbility to manipulate the light around him with his vision.
   
2. Gathers light from the environment and forms a high concentrated ray of light from a specific artifact required as a base. Can cut through the hardest material based on level of mastery.
   
3. Surrounds the user with a sphere of light that hardens to protect himself from outside attacks.
   
4. User acts as a magnifying glass as a bundle of light is focused from his sight to that of the opposition's.
   
5. Surrounds the user with a bright yellow aura that enhances his health recovery at the cost of half his current chakra. (can only be used once a fight)
   
6. The user draws all of the light around him and gathers it by his handpalms, causing the area to darken and show nothing but the ball of pure light shining in the darkness. When launched, the ball will phase into a wide beam and pulverize whatever is in its path with burning force. The user will pass out after the technique due to incredible loss of chakra or die when inexperienced. (below A-rank) (the more light there is in the environment the stronger the technique)

Clan Backstory:
The Kiyoraka clan is an old forgotten clan that holds many secrets. The greatest secret is that they were once the guardians of an ancient artifact with the ability to hold light using its wielder's chakra and unique kekkei genkai (the doujutsu), which was property of the Kiyoraka clan.

During a war hundreds of years ago the ancient artifact was lost to the world and the wary members of the clan were extinct, leaving nothing but the oblivious members behind as the artifact's temple was destroyed. Soon their history was forgotten.

Eras past and the bloodline became weaker and weaker as the clan members were forced to mingle with outsiders due to their sheer amount of fellow clansmen, as the Horisugan had never appeared again.

But the elders foretold of a prophecy to come; a child of the name ..... to be born with the ancient gift of the Eye of Horus to restore balance to the For- *shot*
