Galion's View of Perks

I believe as far as knowledge advances me that new EotS was made to be without perks. Imo, perks are a necessity. While stat modifiers are unnecessary, methods to define a character's capabilities seem necessary. There's will be times when one person thinks they're super epic in ABC out of ABC while the other thinks this person is only good in B and C.

My idea on this was to add perks like SSO's Will and Skill perks. To further categorize(example):
Senses
Personality
Weaponry/Puppeteer
Elemental
Genjutsu
Taijutsu
Ninjutsu
Fuuinjutsu
Special(Ex. Kekkei Genkai Perks and anything not listed)
