New Perks to consider
These perks not only necessarily augment battle, but may define your character more so.
Core - Body Types
-Pain Tolerance 1: A character with this perk will barely react to damage such as cuts or light jabs.
-Pain Tolerance 2: This character will barely flinch under the pain of a non-fatal wound.
-Pain Tolerance 3: Although the wound may be fatal, this character can fight without the ill effects of entering shock until their body can function no more.
Core - Mind Types
Observative: This character is able to notice things that would indicate something is out of place or unusual. Genjutsu with blatantly flawed creations (including any lack of important details of the illusion to convince someone it's real), traps that are shoddily put together or explained, and the sort have little to no effect on the user. This character however still cannot tell if a jutsu is a genjutsu, or simply a Ninjutsu without knowledge of a specific genjutsu with a similar effect.
Note: This passive and the two following follows the Ukon/Sakon Corallary: just because something seems out of the normal, does not guarantee it's not a genjutsu. If not for things being explained, someone splitting a whole new person out of their back and being able to merge with you and grow their head out of your body can easily be mistaken for a genjutsu. The border between "Genjutsu" and "Ninjutsu" can be thin, as such, one cannot simply automatically know what's a genjutsu.
Observative 2: This character can, with the proper skills, pick out minor flaws in a genjutsu or trap, and hence be able to negate them altogether. (IE: Even if a Door Sign Reads 203, with a lack of detailing they may notice that each symbol is a different font if detail is unlisted). This character can tell apart a genjutsu from a Ninjutsu if it meets the criteria of under "Observative".
Observative 3: This character is able to, with proper skill, completely pick apart any issues with a genjutsu illusion or trap that would expose it. This character can flawlessly tell apart a genjutsu from a ninjutsu.
Core - Mobility Types
One Handed Seals: This character can form handseals with one hand, mastery of this type of handseal requires additional training.
One Handed Seal Speed 1: This character is capable of forming up to 10 handseals with 1 hand in a single round with one hand.
One Handed Seal Speed 2: This character can complete sixteen handseals in a single round with one hand.
One Handed Seal Speed 3: This character can complete twenty handseals in a single round with one hand.
One Handed Blinding Seals: This character can complete up to thirty handseals within a minute with one hand.
One Handed Lightning Seals: This character is capable of completing strings of handseals within a few seconds so long as it doesn't extend beyond ten handseals with one hand. Anything more can completed in half a minute.
Core - Will Types
-Masochistic: This character feels pleasure from pain. However they will still flinch and react from injuries, and be able to mostly ignore the feelings of pain. To them death is the ultimate bliss.
-Insane: This character is mentally unstable. A character with this passive will cause their foe to lose access to any evasive perks while in combat due to their unpredictability.
-Mental Trauma 1: This character has recieved a mind-wrecking experience, that can vary from the death of a friend, being torture, or otherwise. This character will always react when this trauma is brought up.
Notes: Allows Acquirement of Sharingan 1.
-Mental Trauma 2: This character has recieved a mind-wrecking experience seperate from whatever caused "Mental Trauma 1". This character is severely disturbed and begins to have nightmares and continuing mental or emotional destabilities.
Notes: Allows Acquirement of Sharingan 2.
-Mental Trauma 3: This character has recieved a personality shattering experience, enough that they lose all their hope. This character becomes even more severely disturbed.
Notes: Allows acquirement of Sharingan 3, and with proper development, Mangekyo Sharingan, potentially both simultaneously)
Skill Types
-Martial Arts Proficiency: This character is honed in a martial art. A character battling this foe in melee combat will often find it difficult to battle them on even grounds without similar levels of training.
-Human Anatomy Expertise (ANBU/Medic Restriction): This character has learned the details of the human body. Jutsu that specifically require or focus on manipulation or assaults through the human anatomy are more efficient.
(Example: Haku, a Kiri hunter-nin/anbu could use his needles to disable a foe effectively. Also, Temporary Paralysis jutsu and Time Reversal Jutsu, both Anbu/medic related techniques, require knowledge of the human anatomy)
-Human Anatomy Mastery (ANBU/Medic Restriction): This character has an intimate level of knowledge of the human body. They are able to effectively strike or manipulate their foe in ways that will disable or kill them with the least amount of force.
(Same as Above, but more efficient)
-Choreography Reader: This character, with sufficient sight skills, is capable of interpreting his foe's Taijutsu, and with advanced knowledge of handseals, jutsu, and sufficiently escape leathal or serious injury with proper reflex, speed, and distance. (An opponent with Innovator or Insane will not be affected)
-Wingless Bird: This character's capable of astounding acrobatic feats that borderline on the impossible. Their agility in the air is such they can flip and twist their body and dodge projectiles near instantly.
-Suicidal: This character is prone to taking dangerous blows that may kill him, guaranteeing a major blow on a foe unprepared in advance for their final attempted strike.
-Launcher Proficiency: This character has proficient skill with launcher-type tools. Tools which launch weapons like shuriken, senbon, and the like gain the benefits of Marksman and related perks for accuracy purposes.
-Inverted Sword Proficiency: This character is skilled with wielding a sword-type weapon with an inverted grip.
-Lucky: This character has an innate ability to suceed at gambling. In addition they have a better chance of avoiding leathal damage out of sheer luck that borderlines the impossible once per fight. They may also have increased odds (roughly 1/3) of rolling a number of their choosing with dice rolls.
-Obsessive: This character has an obsession with a certain object, character, habbit, or place. Any genjutsu, henge, trap, etc, involving this object has no effect on an obsessive. However, they find themselves unable to take themselves away from that which they obsess over.
(IE: The Riddler from Batman comics obsessed with Riddles, he finds himself unable to NOT use riddles in everything he does. It's a psychological flaw, but he's amazingly cunning as a result).
-Shizophrenic: This character suffers from having schizophrenia, resulting in sudden, often massive changes in personality.
-Multiple-Personality Disorder: This character has multiple personalities, often with a different name. Severe cases may result in a person even undergoing light physical changes, though still be distinguishably the same person.
Miscellaneous Type
Barrier Jutsu Adept: This character is capable of producing small scale, low level barriers, capable of enduring roughly a single blow of their level. This can be augmented through additional barrier ninja. Variant Types of Barriers can be used with proper training and fitting experience.
Barrier Jutsu Veteran: This character is capable of producing a barrier capable of wrapping around themself, capable of enduring a blow roughly equal to their level. This can be augmented through additional barrier ninja. Variant Types of Barriers can be used with proper training and fitting experience.
Barrier Jutsu Expert: This character is capable of producing a barrier around a Team of Shinobi that can protect them from one blow of roughly their own level of ability. This can be augmented through additional barrier ninja. Variant Types of Barriers can be used with proper training and fitting experience.
